GreenChef Moroccan Chicken
I am a huge fan of GreenChef.com, a site where you can subscribe for the most interesting, delicious, organic meals with options for Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan and I am sure others. For awhile we were eating GreenChef 3 times a week, now we are ordering from them once per month. We get 3 meals that week for 2 people. I am a fan of the Paleo plan, but I think it is the most expensive one.
This meal was Moroccan Chicken with a saute of tender rainbow carrots, parsnips, jalapeno, apricots and currants roasted in red wine vinegar. It was wonderful. See the gallery for a ton of photos I took, and click here for the recipe on GreenChef.com, and here to get a discount with my code for 4 free meals with your first order.
